Radiator hose ?

Any suggestions on radiator hoses ?

I need to replace the bottom hose on my MK Indy (Pinto with Polo rad). The existing bottom hose is made from bits and pieces which looks scruffy and more importantly has a restrictive bend. Does anyone supply a purpose made bottom hose or is there an ultra flexible hose that will do the job ?

the flexible stuff i've had before, generally isn't that flexible.
i'd look for the right bends you need in silicone (you can get black silicone if you don't like silicone hose showing, as some people just have something against it and want rubber)

hose bends, and some bits of aluminium pipe to connect it all, and its all good. with some thought you can make anything you want really

here's how i did mine

its all one colour now (i think...)

look for mrsilicone or silicone hose world (can't remember how its written exactly) on ebay, cheap and good quality

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

My local factors once let me in to sit with a big box of hoses to find something that would do, take in what you have when they are not busy and ask nicely.

Phoned the local ramblers club today, but the bloke who answered just
went on and on.
