covers for IVA
Hi all, what are people using to cover the track rod ends with for the IVA , as i read a post a few weeks back that some one failed the IVA using the
covers from tifosi, and what do you use to cover the top ball joint like the one in the picture below

Read AshG's article in the latest Complete KC. His experience was that the ball never made it into a lot of areas he had covered, so it was a
waste of time, because the inspector made him take off all the covers to check the bolts.

its silly isn't it? if someone is hit hard enough for the corners on a nut to do any damage, they've got other problems!

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

I covered it in cut pond pipe, super glued to size

I failed with the tifosi covers for the track rods.
ended up covered in the pond pipe, cut to shape.
also , my iva guy didn't remove any nut covers, so everything he could touch was covered.
Although caterham do the track rod covers , may be worth trying.
only 60 p
