Axle, Handbrake Lever Covers

HI all, I've posted on this a while ago - but I've still had no luck in obtaining a set.

They are the covers for the rear wheel plate where the handbrake actuating lever exits.

Escort Axle - I wonder if anyone has had any further luck in tracking them down?

Any help greatly appreciated.

I have been looking for them for two years without any joy.
May have a go at making some out of moulding rubber at some point in the future.

Tell them about the bent treacle edges!

I need some too. I was thinking of using a universal bellow like the ones you get for motorcycle forks and cutting it down into slices. Then closing off one end, haven't decided how yet

Not sure how it will look/work?

It looks like the Midget is winning at the moment......

Yeah you will have a hard time finding any n.o.s of these, even if you do they will fall to pieces in no time.

Could you adapt ones from other car makes? You can still get new ones for Minis, see http://www.minispares.com/Product.aspx?pid=36299.
