brake line routing question

Hi, just working out where to run my brake lines now. Front ones will go to a bulkhead connector near the top wishbone, does it matter whether i go along the bottom of the chassis then straight up or is it best to go along the diaganol for a gentle rise, or doesnt it matter either way. I assume the fluid cant run backwards as the master cylinders must often be lower than the calipers in a 7? Pics are always helpful to look at for ideas too. Thanks

makes no difference tbh but I hope you not putting pipes under the chassis rails that could strike the ground or a speed bump?

No, sorry definitely not, i meant on top of the bottom rail then up, or on top of the diagonal all the way to the top. Thanks
