Clevis fixing

I am trying to locate a clevis jaw with a m8 thread and with a 6mm pin, for the brake pushrod / pedal fixing.

Can anyone tell me where I can buy one from?

Thanks in advance

Rally Design sell the clevis pi with 8 mm thread. I used one for brake master screw on to end of M8 bolt with head cut off.

I cannot recall what the diameter of the hole was but I think it was 8 mm - you can alwasy sleeve the hole with tube - B&Q do steel tube 8 mm 10 mm etc, all about 1 mm wal thickness. If you get stuck, I can post you a short bit of 8 mm OD tube (pretty sure I should have some about)

The hole in the pedal is 6mm and I do not want to enlarge, so ideally need the m8 thread with 6mm pin

^^^ or sleeve the pin to match the 8 mm hole.

Why cant you drill the hole to 8mm? 6mm sounds small for a brake clevis, most are 8mm.

Here is a pic of the brake pedal, as you will see the hole indicated is for the clevis. The bigger the hole the less metal there will beteewn the 2 holes.
