Hi ,
If it is of any use, I find that bottom Alfa 164 ball joint fit perfect on sierra uprights.
You only have to put two washer . Rescued attachment HPIM1356.JPG

Hi,

I'm looking at you picture.
Are the lower arms made by tiger?

Also the lower fiat 124 spider ball-joint fits in the lower cortina upright.
Are these the same as the alfa?

BTW did you replace the lower brackets on your chassis? Because the book shows them "on" the chassis instead of "against" chassis?

Lower arms are standard Tiger Avon.
I shift the brakets on chassis to have the right camber.
I do not know if 124 and alfa 164 have the same ball joint. Also I do not know if taper on cortina uprights and sierra upright is the same.
There is two type of alfa 164 ball joint: one is for the 2.0 twin spark etc and it is the right one. Another is for V6 and this not fit sierra uprights.
