look in my photo archive, my TSW Razors look similar but are much cheaper.Some wheel dealers had these on special offer including tyres.Available in 13/14/15" and various widths.

Those remind me of the Peugeot PTS Speedlines, pretty impossible to find them anywhere though!

Not quite sure what size they are but heres a 206 for scale;

Thanks

so a 13" should be even lighter

My current 15" x 7" weigh over 18kg's

Yes it seems like the bigger the wheel even though the tyre is lighter the overrall weight is greater.The wheels fitted to the new Fiesta which are 6.0x15 are just over 7kg each without tyres (these are the five spoke ones)

the 13s ive weighed in the past were between around 6 or 7 kgs bare, and i think an average tyre is a little more than that, so maybe 14kgs all in.

Stuart taylor do magnesium wheels that weigh 3kgs each, but £800 is a lot to pay to knock 12kgs off your unsprung mass.
