Made my own. Steel plate with holes cut out for a sierra rear bearing carrier. Simply but effective. Also easily modified or replaced for suspension geometry changes.

6mm steel plate. Shape follows brake back plate for top half (with space at the top for w/bone bracket) and widens out at the bottom (to allow two
brackets). Could descibe shape as semi-circular top half, rectangular bottom half. Clear:-)
I cut the ends of the Sierra trailing arms off, and welded them into holes cut in the steel plate.
The brake back plates, if I remember rightly were swopped left to right, and turned upside down.
You will need to cut holes in plate for access to slave cylinder, and slots for handbrake cables.

I used granada (sierra) rear disks and hub assemblies. They cut off, with a bit of hassle, and grind down to a nice easy mounted on 6mm plate set of bits.
