Hi does anyone know the nylon locking nut size for the UNF 35 wishbone suspension bolts where they mount to the frame? Am I right in assuming only the
nut should be replaced as best practise and not the whole bolt? Does anyone know a place to buy the nuts only with the correct strength rating?

That is UNF, not UNC. And the 35 has nothing to do with size.... but it may be tensile strength???
Measure the diameter of the bolt, but I suspect it is 3/8, near enough 10mm. And uses a 9/16 spanner.
If you replace, use 8.8 rated bolts, and certainly not stainless.

you could look at namrick
http://www.namrick.co.uk/acatalog/Home_U_N_F_Bolts___Nuts__15.html
though they were used on mini/triumph/landrover et al, so most classic parts suppliers should have them
what is you hub from?
ps, the radial lines on the head indicate the strength
What size spanner fitted the bolt ie
9/16 Af 5/8 Af
the bolt could be 3/8 or 7/16
