Will I have problems with Mr IVA due to the length of my Wheel Studs?

Should I cut them shorter?

Unless youre going to fit spinning blades for chariot racing.

Personally, I'd cut them shorter anyway. Makes it easier to remove the wheels and saves vital weight

yep lop them bad boys off! Dont space the wheels out that much or your going to cause other problems.

A little tip for you that someone once taught me:

When cutting threaded bar of any type put a nut on and down past where your cutting. Cut the bar to length and file the edge so its not burred and you expect it to be easy to get a nut back on at a later date (slight shamfer). THEN take the original nut back off the threaded bar. By taking the nut off again after cutting it re taps any missing thread and makes it gaurenteed and incredably easy to put the nut back on off for ever.

I hope I did not just teach you to suck eggs but I was well impressed with this tip and it makes a big difference.

Replace the studs with standard sierra ones, no point cutting them down.
