Hi,
It seems to me that it is going to be almost impossible to get my steering wheel parallel to the dash etc and at the same time avoid all the gubbins
around the pedal box (maintaining less than a 15 degree angle with UJs etc). I have fitted a servo which makes even less space. Are you going to
suggest I remove the bugger after all that f***ing about?
How 'straight' is straight enough!?
Also: Is it a case of either the crushable column or the two UJs with the offset shaft or is there a case for both for good
measure?

I'm using an escort peddle box, like you. Used a sierra servo and master cyliner, which you can mount near the bottom of the pedals because its
assisted. This makes plenty of space, if you take the column through the peddle box.
