Hi, i have lined up the diff with the pre drilled holes on the chassis and it seems to me to be off center, do you guy's think that this is a
problem or just the design of the car ( car is a Aries).

Is the diff input central in the tunnel?? That's the main thing. The diff casings are uneven with unequal length driveshafts.
P.S. If you swap the bolts round on the rear wishbones so that the nut would be up against the back panel, if you ever need to take them off you might
get away without taking the back panel off too.

Dummy fit drive shafts and hubs, it will all become clear, as said the drive shafts are not equal length and the rear diff mount does not fit in the center of the car.
What about the prop shalf running down the center, Do you think it will fit?
once you get the gearboxk in, youll see that the angle the prop sits at allows it to clear

Sorry to throw a spanner in the works but the driveshafts on the Aries are equal lengths. Get the diff roughly in place (without drilling for the top
bracket unless the new chassis has the holes already there) then fit the driveshafts etc. There is a lot of scope for adjustment in the mounting holes
and you will find it will find its own position really. I think mine is pretty much central but it's a while since it went in.
ETA - Don't forget that the tunnel isn't symetrical either.
