Brake Pipes on the Back Axel

I know this solution will look dog rough, but it’s functional!

Is it OK if for the SVA I use 'Jubilee Clips' to hold the brake pipe to the back axel?

Cheers,

The Baron......

If you do a search there are a couple of recent discussions on this subject.

I used jubilee clips round the axle, and sleeved the brake pipes with bits of rubber fuel hose to prevent chafing and it passed SVA no problem.

Did the same as Humbug, but put 'P' clips where convenient and jubilee clips round the axle. Rescued attachment Cable.jpg

We just welded some small strips of 1.5-2.0mm plate like the original design
