grille radius? sva

do you reckon this will be ok re: radius at the sva test as it is recessed, i've seen quite a few of you have flush grilles? Rescued attachment sva grille.JPG

as long as its not sharp to the touch,if you run your hand all over exposed bits to make sure its not sharp thats what sva man does(passed re-test today). Rescued attachment th_9ad1c54d.jpg

I was told by the sva man that the mesh needs to be between 25mm and 40mm and the radius of the material should be no smaller than 1mm dia.

I have a stainless mesh in the front, 5mm spacing 1mm woven wire, examiner wasn't bothered, said that for air intakes it was ok
