Stuart Taylor Motorsport Chassis - Top harness Mounts

I passed SVA back in March but had some trouble because of the seats i had fitted to my Stuart Taylor chassis.

It seems that if you fit a padded seat (not a fibreglass racing seat) then the upper harness mounts are not far enough above the seat cushion. The picture below shows the brackets I made to overcome this problem.

They don't look so bad. They also do a nice job of holding the belts still and stop them flailing around.
