Mark 6 Fiesta - https://www.oponeo.co.uk/steel-wheel/magnetto-wheels-mw-r1-1730
Might need some slim spacers to get the offset right.

Any of the later 4 stud fords should fit the bill really - so fiesta's or the last of the 4 stud bigger cars....
Mk1 focus (98 - 04) - most 15" ones are alloys, but some had 15" steels - these are mostly 52.5 offset though (so 12.5mm spacer
needed?)
Mk1/2 Mondeo (93 - 2000) - loads of these have 15" steels - these are mostly 49.5mm offset

I've even got a mondeo 15" steel or 2 just lying around from my old tin-top
also got a full set of mk1 focus 15" alloys if you want them instead ? (postage could be a pain though)
these kind:
Winter_Tyres
seen them on a locost painted black without the centers fitted and I thought they looked pretty decent (

Peugeot/Citroen have 4x108. Just need some spigot rings to reduce from 65.1 to 63.4 which are cheap enough (4.99 for four delivered). Might open up
some options?

I have 4 new citroen/pug 15" steel wheels.
Not sure of the offset , and they have been sat outside last 3 years so would need to look if there rusty or not.
In Aberdeenshire if ur interested.

The offset will be stamped on the wheel somewhere, probably "ETxx.x".
Or if you know what model/year Pug/Citroen they were meant for it can probably be found out that way too.

These any use direct from Ford: EcoSport wheels?
https://shop.ford.co.uk/products/ford-ecosport-15-steel-wheel-6x15-4x108-pcd-101-2013?variant=39355260698693&gclid=Cj0KCQjwyYKUBhDJARIsAMj9lkGVXHZ
I could not readily find the offset, ‘ET listed’, but perhaps cross check against models listed on the Ford website and those given on this thread
plus check with Ford) look like maybe a discount on, plus £25 off first order on sign up to an e-mail list.
Might be useful info: https://sizemywheels.com/pcd/ford/ecosport/15tdci-ii-restyling
Cheers
Mike

This is a useful site for checking OEM wheel sizes, and you can lookup by wheel size: https://www.wheel-size.com/
No differentiation in the results between steel and alloy wheel types though. As above, looks like mk1 Mondeo is somewhere close but offset a bit
higher at 49ish.
