Harness mounts
The harness slots in my seats dont fall in line with the moints that are welded into my indy rr. The height seems ok it's just the distantance
between them. Would Mr Iva man be happy with me bolting a steel plate onto the existing mounts, then re drilling the plate with holes inline with the
slots and bolting the harnesses to that.

Hi, pictures would help.
I have posted the picture of my 'relocated' mounting points, which passed IVA in March this year.
Some people have said they would not be happy with them for there own vehicle, but they did pass
with no comments. The brackets were 8mm Angle iron with a through bolt in the original single mounting
point.
The first picture is pre welding and finish.

Final fit had different seats, but the mountings did not change.

I like those. If I was to have done that, my mount points would
have been out of sight.
If the iva had failed with my setup, I would have put
a new crossbar in the rollbar.
