MSVA application form question
My MSVA application form asks the following question. What is the right answer?
Does the vehicle have full bodywork? Yes/No
A bodied vehicle is defined as 'a vehicle with a structure consisting of a floor pan and panels which with a roof fully encloses the
vehicle's occupants and without a roof encloses them other than where the roof would be'
As you can see, my build has a floor pan and a few panels but the driver isn't really enclosed.

Motorcycle Single Vehicle Approval Manual (2010 edition)
Glossary of Terms
Bodied vehicles
A bodied vehicle is defined as “a vehicle with a structure consisting/comprising of a
floor plan and panels which with a roof fully encloses the vehicle occupants and without
a roof encloses them other than where the roof would be”. No 2 wheeled vehicles will
be fitted with a body. As a guide if the driver sits on or astride the vehicle it would be
classed as unbodied. If the driver sits in the vehicle with surrounding structure which is
higher than the seat squab it would be classed as bodied.
You might have to raise your seat a bit then!

Thanks Miniciti. The "sides" are higher than the seat squab. I guess it is "full bodied" then. Sort of.
