I wasn't sure about those so I opted for something similar in design but using marine type clamps as below:

Given the force generated I'd be worried abiut solderless nipples slipping and look for something stronger.

Hose - Didnt like the possibility of cable catching on tube. Its not rubbing but more of a just in case...
Not the best design by Tiger really, yes I could change it but not that crucial.
