1st Time PASS at Norwich
Well after a little bit of fiddling we managed to get Tim's Challenger through SVA.
Outside Norwich SVA Centre
As Steve said in his post great guys at Norwich who really do all they can to help you get a pass.
Hoping to get an inspection we called at DVLA Ipswich on the way home.
"No chance we only do inspections on a Monday and by appointment"
That means no chance this Monday and the following is a Bank holiday so it's going to be 2 weeks before we get to drive it

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Nice, well done.
I don't know why but I like most cars that have 1/2 covered wheels. Strange

Ipswich DVLA are crap mate they messed me about for nearly a month, go to Chelmsford instead, I did, they know what they are doing and you can book an
appointment any day. I had my plates in less than a week.
Congrats on pass

congratulations
I understand your frustrations with the DVLA met the same stonewall at birmingham and thats literally across the road from VOSA
Just hand delivered my forms to Notts as that is nearest to me with cash in the envelope rather than a cheque to try and speed things up. Hoping with
everything crossed to be at Stoneleigh but I think that might be wishful thinking

Thanks for the comments, I think I'll take a trip to Chelmsford Monday and see if we can get any joy there.

Simple answer I never thought of going to Norwich.
Slightly less simple Chelmsford is nearer to us, I think.
Nick
Paperwork submitted to Chelmsford today (Monday), hopefully inspection in the next 3 days. Fingers crossed.
