looks nice.
Rear exhaust mounting bracket looks like it may need some cover on it.
Check the bolts on the filter are ok as well.

The edges on that silencer might need some protection as well!!
10mm copper heating pipe slit down the middle with a dremel, tapped around the edge does the job Dont use plastic!!

Air filter cant be more than about 50mm sticking out of bonnet so might be worth checking on that one.

Yep making wing stays as we speak. Using 4mm flat steel which i've curved. Got someone doing some art work on sides of bonnet in morning. need
to sort the fog light out as it is not verticle. Also the mirrors that i've put on look good but i think they are too small for SVA. Does the
Exhaust require wrap and heat sheild for SVA or do they not mind if you get burnt as long as you don't cut yourself on a sharp edge?????

Exhaust tail pipe should also have a radias edge to it poss a fail,
good luck though if it fails you get a nice list you then you just fix it,
mine failed just on emmissions so a small fix, just a bit of hassle,

Mine would have failed at Gillingham with the air filter like my avatar. Guy said it had to be 50mm or less, plus meet radius regs too.
Think it depends on the tester, once again

You can burn the skin right off, they dont mind... as long as you cant scrape your leg on the edges...

must depend on tester, my itg filter over the throttle bodies is a good 75mm outside the bonnet on the side and passed no probs

Your ITG filter is plastic isnt it Nat?
Plus its not going to be in the line of sight.

Yeah the 50mm limit on bonnet projections has put the wind up me too!
I have my SU's and my ITG filters sticking out of the bonnet and they are definitely more than 50mm. I have taken steps to ensure the radii are
suitable so I thought I was okay.
Any SVA manual references to support the 50mm figure?
Thanks,
Craig.

Nope. because there isn't such a reference.
Not for air filters anyway...
Dont just build it.....make it!

Side repeater field of vision may be compromised by the exhaust there, worth checking the regs.
