sva exhaust tail pipe
hi all im just pondering what you guys have done that have fitted an R1 can like the one pictured below with regards to the tail pipe not being
radiused?
any pics you guys have will be great or a simple description as to your solution.
or did mr sva turn a blind eye

Had ring made up from 6mm dia st.st and had it welded to the tail pipe.

think the one i have is aluminium and i dont have ali welding facilitys

You could try fixing it on with exhaust paste or gum as this sets rock hard when heated - and as it's only for the day - if it falls off after
it's not a problem.

The end cap is aluminium (I cut off the outer ali shroud), but the inside exit pipe is mild steel, I welded on a stainless 90 degree bend with a
rolled edge.
The inlet is stainless steel.
