what can i do about this window bar?!

while a definite SVA fail, i note that in the manual, the only think excluded would be mirrors and windscreen wipers.
you see, i don't want to make any mods to the chassis, so if possible, i don't want to cut it out.
could i place a big rear view mirrow in the way? and a windcreen wiper that parks in the middle? 
interestingly though, you can focus on, say a rivet in my garage door, move you head side to side of the bar, and NOT loose sight of it
what can i do

Couldn't you fabricate a bolt in/out option, and kindof forget to bolt it in for its SVA?

think it restricts the view, if they don't like it i'll cut it out with a hacksaw.
to start with it may not have a windscreen, unless i can find a standard car one to fit.

Go to SVA with it.
They will tell you if it is OK
You cant guess with the SVA andf if it is part of the car then you should be OK

^ yeah, as long as i go prepared, with hacksaw, file, and roll bar padding it should be ok.
anyways, thats a long way off... just need to think of these things now. i like to get everything sorted in my head before i do anything

Would i be right in thinking that is a SUb Box onthe driver seat and a minimoto in the passenger footwell

you certainly would be right!
12" 400watt sub, was in my BMW, never got round to fixing it down properly, and the sub hit the amp and pulled all my power cables apart. never
got round to fixing them.
minimoto won't start for some reason.
need to get them both sorted though
