1. The brand new petrol tank i got from Moss turned out to have a leak between the tank and the welded filler tube, anyway first time i had filled the tank so only discovered the leak when it was up on the ramp. The SVA guy was kind enough to keep the test going even when petrol dripped in his eye!!!
2. he's looking at the back of the car and I could tell he wasn't convinced about the number plate light, "where do you intend to mount the number plate?" I reply beneth the light, and he goes "hmmmm", didn't put it on the list of things to change so I'm happy!
All in all very helpful and a little educational, dead chuffed that it passed the wing mirror, emissions and brake test as they would have been hassle to sort.
Hope to get retest in the next week, I cant wait now I've had a taste of what the car goes like.
