This was my method of extending my cycle wings so that they covered the wheels.
They've got peaks now
Made from carbon look ABS
and before anyone says it I know there is a wheel nut missing

Looks really smart!

The only thing I can suggest is to put some edging on the front edge of the upper wishbone bracket - I'd guess that it's contactable with the tester's gauge. Maybe the front edge of the upper shock bracket as well. I put some on mine but strangely it fell off on the way home...

You have a wheel nut missing
Only things I see are:
what have you covered the lock nut on the top ball joint with? If its thin and contactable it may not pass.

Are your upper wishbone brackets contactable with the sphere?

Make sure you dont fail on the leading edge of the original cycle wing being sharp.

few things.....

you may need to secure your front flexy's to the wishbone,

do the headlamps dip to the left??, i had some that looked the same, they were bike lights, and didn't

is that insulating tape on the threads/nut on the top swivel?, if it is mr SVA man won't like it, may just be the way the photo make it look though.

are your top harness mounts high enough??.

Good point on the Upper wb brackets.

Tape is rubberised self amalgamating tape.

The headlights have been twisted in the housings so that they give a "correct" dip pattern.

I have removed 50mm of foam padding from the rear of the seat pad to give the correct height for the top harness fixings

You've made a great job, looks like a very neat build. It looks as though you've covered most bases and also made a neat job of the cycle wings My only reservation would be the headlights. Not so much the beam pattern, more concerned with the E markings.

The braided hoses may be seen as abrasive, as I understand it some people have put spiral wrap over them.

i like the mirrors! are they from a bike? CBR?
very very neat build! i like it.
i thought we had to cover the coilovers with cut foam tube or something? does it not matter anymore now?

the lights seem a bit small... my personal preference is to get as big lights i can for mine! chromed if possible!

nice job, are your harnesses 3 or 4 point - make sure all edges on the upper sections are covered

Those springs are pretty well bound already... Baldrick had trouble with the ride on his with springs set like that... Not an SVA concern unless he thinks they could 'bind' but have you taken it out on a private road yet.

I would ditto the concerns about both the 'abrasive' stainless brake braid and also the harnesses?? Do they have any kind of certification tag on them? Are they bespoke? How are they tops anchored to the bar? Bolt or eye fitting?

As for the height. The top mounts need to be above a certain height from the seat base. Someone else will know more fine detail. They look a little low IMHO.

The brake lines shouldn't touch anything when the wheels are swung from lock to lock - if they do, it's a fail.

If you're worried about slight contact (e.g. mine rested against its bracket on one lock) then you can use spiral wrap as protection).
