Looks bloody nice if you ask me! Maybe wanna check that the fog lamp is vertical though??!! Oli.
(Good Luck!)
Good looking motor!
Possibly check radius on windscreen uprights, bootlid hinges
are the holes in the front grill not too big?
are the holes in the front grill not too big?
I have tested with a 100mm diam ball and it seems to be OK (the space between the rods is 60mm)
Love the dash is that an aluminium surround around the dials?
have you got cycle wings fitted as i couldnt see any mounting brackets in the photos.
Really does look excellent hope mine looks that good when finished
Antony
forget that bit about cycle wings, just looking in your photo archive and can see you have fitted swept wings

car looks very good hope you pass 1st time
i was told by a frend of mine he was told the dash has to be padded he passt at exeter 6 weeks ago. it is what he told me
what the sva man said good luck..
ISTR holes in grille should be no more than 45mm. I have 4 horizontal rods, and was advised to fit mesh behind at first SVA. I did and liked it better
so its still on.
Marcus
That looks great!
Where did the dials come from? Looks like a bike set from the picture??
Chris
slight change of subject- where did you get the bonnet catch covers?
home made? rubber? bought?
good looking car too!!
How is exhaust can supported? If you have used rubber bobbin type thing it may not be immediately obvious that you have a hard steel square edge just
under a thin skin of rubber. If this is same as mine then it need to be trimmed. I made a piece of ali, curved and adged then stuck this on with PU
adhesive.
My mount is square Fiesta engine mount (2 steel plate with studs sticking out, rubber in middle - steel plates are not immediately visible but
constitute an adge that has to be radiussed).
Handbrake cable connections - i failed for using u saddles. Had to convert to commercially made nipples.

I have made an appointment for SVA on december 20th in Exeter.
Hope it will be ok
A pass would be a nice Chrismas present for you. Hope it all go'es well
Hi dom Beautiful looking car....
2 questions... Looking at the large photo of full car, The angle of view of your front indicators may be a fail. Of course it may be the photgraph but
the rule is something like.. 50% of the lights surface should be visable from the angles 45 degrees to 80 degrees.
Secondly.. do you have side repeaters as the ones on your wing again may be a fail?
Cheers and good luck John
