are the above tyres legal for road?, would they pass SVA and MOT??

They're e marked and I can think of at least one person who drives his car to and from events on them.

I have a set on my car for 1500 miles. An off duty traffic cop at a track day commented (in passing)on them, read the tyre sidewall and agreed that they were on the face of it "road legal"

Are the A048's not the control tyre for the RGB Championship, which if RGB stands for Road Going Bike would suggest that they are road legal.

I got my SVA and MOT done with Toyo R888's on which are pretty similar in tread pattern.
