They have to adjusted properly also.

Dom7. It's quite easy to do this by yourself. Use your tintop and shine lights onto a garage door or wall. Mark the beam pattern using pieces of
tape and then replicate this pattern by adjusting headlights on Indy.
Note. This is assuming your tintop headlights are already set correctly

Just a thought , have you fitted British type head lights that dip to the left? You will need them to get through SVA.
