Hi nice build.Depending on how fussy the tester wants to be maybe the edges of the hinges on your glove box.

nice car,
agree the glove box hinges likely fail,
also too much info on the 'manufacturers plate'
(you can have that much info, but the prescribed info must be in a box of it's own.)
check the gear knob for sharp edges too
edit, shouldn't the fuel cap be tethered?
edit2: are there any side repeaters for the indicators?

Edges of the front hubs where the track rod bolts on.My first build was pulled up on that was easy fix just ran the grinder to take the edge off and repaint
Looking good. Radii on glove box hinges and the manufacturer late were all I could see plus, I guess you've checked the front brake flexis don't foul on anything on either lock.
front wing brackets look a bit sharp maybe?
Are the front indicators the specified distance from the centre?
Both look borderline might be ok
Looks a really good quality build. Nothing particularly jumping out apart from things mentioned above. I assume you've checked all of the light position and angles of visibility. Good luck

That looks like a really nice build that will give confidence to the tester that its a job well done. A few observations from me.
You've used the same wing mirrors as me and they look to be about in the same place, so you should be OK with rear visibility
You exhaust appears to sit quite far out from the side of the car, so just make sure that the bolts on any clamps are turned so that they cannot be
touched by the radius ball
You might want to trim the edges of the upper seat belt mounts just to be sure
Check that the upper ball joints on the front wishbones cannot be touched by the radius ball or that they are in the exempt zone. I think that
someone on here failed because the edge of the casing was too sharp.
I was concerned about the front wing stays being too tight a radius at the edges, so I put two layers of wiring shrink wrap over them. Probably over
kill though as it was marginal even without the shrink wrap
You could move the left hand pair of lock nuts on the brake bias bar in a turn or two as it looks as though the current position might allow too much
adjustment by hand
did you remember to put a lock nut/grub screw into the front hub mushrooms?
I'm being ultra picky with the above list and they are mostly things that you could do on the day if the tester picks you up on anything. As you
saw when we went with mine, they are usually happy to take tea breaks whilst you fettle.

Mushrooms: I did put small bolts on the mushrooms as a secondary fixing.
Bias Bar: I have twiddled with the Bias Bar so that the fronts lock, try as I might I couldn't get the rears to lock. Might have something to
do with the fact they are 275 wide and it was a hot day. I am hoping they will let me adjust them on the day.
Upper Ball Joint and Wing Stays: I might have another go at rounding them off a bit more. I bought a Black & Decker Power File for £4 from a car
boot. I would totally reccomend one for car builders - - very very handy.
Seat Belt Mounts: I have some spare trim
Exhaust: I have just bought two decibel killers from Forure. They need a bit of fettling so I'll be fitting them at the weekend. It's not
quite a case of shoving them up the pipe. They need bending slightly.
I'd get some conduit around the battery power lead.
Hi mate,
As every one has put above, also nut covers on the track rod ends and make sure your head lights are at the right height, 500mm as if i remember
right. Only advice i would give is just to trim as much as you can and take some with you.

do you need heatshields on exhaust silencers?,
Just an observation on the pedal box. I have the same setup but added some large washers either side of the tube with the bearing in. I was concerned
that without these there was an edge that could foul and prevent travel which would not be good on the brake pedal... My tester also wanted to see the
bias bar lock wired to prevent adjustment.
