iva says
1.
The HT ignition system must be fitted with radio interference suppression equipment.
2.
The trade name or mark and trade description must be present on the interference suppression equipment
3.
There must be a maximum of 120mm separation between trade markings on suppression cables.

Doubt you'll find a free copy of an ISO standard as all the ones we have at work (other standards) cost money and are watermarked to the company
and are traceable.
This http://www.generalcable.com/NR/rdonlyres/0A09AF9C-09E9-49CE-A07F-0F53C528EECE/0/AutDtaShtD_WW.pdf seems to imply leads to 3808 have at least some
supression characteristics. Best thing to do is call the local IVA centre and ask if it's a marking they accept. I suspect it will be fine.
i rang my iva test center and spoke to a tester today about my ht leads explaining what was on some other leads i had looked at been the same as what
i had.
he said i should be ok with what i have what he does not want to see are somthing with no markings at all, self made leads or anything that could
indicate its unsuppressed like a solid copper core lead.
its also a good idea to keep the box or take a photo of box to help prove origin if in dout
