Finally got an a chance to trial fit the engine - went straight in without any problems. Now just need to measure and mark up lots of
things.

Excellent job very neat install.
Will post some of mine with new engine in.
Couldnt run to the ARP head stud set though . Did you fit without the front crank pully on ?
Ps the dice are a dice touch

ARP head stub kit was not on my shopping list BUT when I ordered a set of main stubs ( approx£60 ) the head stubs were sent by mistake ! ( the box had
a main stud lable stuck on top of a head stud label )
so I waited a few months and ordered main studs from elsewere!!
No front pully made life simple. it just slotted stright in in under 10 mins on my own.

s'looking good. Its coming along nicely.
How thick is the metal for your engine mounts?

Remote Clearance
Looking good, but I note that the remote isn't on the gearbox. This is where mine got complicated. The reverse detent wants to be right where
one of the tunnel uprights lives. Unless you've got a wider tunnelled chassis and have modified the chassis plate for the gearbox mount the
remote will probably foul. Yours may be fine, but have a check before you drill for the mounts !

The engine has beed out again and put back in with remote fitted - now I just need to alter the reverse plate on the remote before final markings for
mounts.
