Hi, I have the same problem.
I intend to check out my Local Serck / Marstons Radiator company, as they will make you what you want. This may be dearer than Luego!.

A V8 makes a lot of heat, and needs good cooling. I am interested in your replies etc.

I have also thought of a Land Rover 200Tdi Diesel Rad, as this is big capacity, and small size, as the intercooler takes up 1/4 of the front panel, and can be removed. Its also got a built in Oil Cooler as well.

I've used a Polo rad but I had to make up some spacer brackets. I'm only using a 2.8 V6 tho which probably produces less heat.

Dimensions

Viento Rad

Overall size: W=580, H=395, D=95
Core size: W=57.5(ish), H=28.5, D=60(approx)

Bought the Luego Rad to be on the safe side with the V8. Auxiliary cooling by way of Metro fan!! See pic
