Looks to me like, they put the viento up for sale and it did not sell so they rebuild it using the same chassis hence could keep the plate (and avoid
SVA, becuase the chassis has not been changed).
Maybe it's a private plate, can you get Q private plates??
All speculation of cause.

They took it off sale as they just diid not have the time to make a new one.
I was there when they were puting the new body on.

the original car is up for sale (or sold) the new body was for the show only, mainly due to lack of time - all legit really
