the header tank look's like the ones fitted to the Lancing fork truck at work........

those header tanks were used on marina,s and other BL rubbish of the era

Could you provide a breakdown of the costs involved in sourcing and fitting a 16V engine please?

I think that the block of wood/concrete will be a lot more economical though.
