Ok I now have the paper work back form the organisers.
Usually display area 27B, so no change there.
I suspect that we will all be camping in the usual place down near 12/13.
This year it was felt that we should all kitty up a few to £10 for food and supplies as neccessaryand that cooking/washing/should be a bit more
organised. Once we have a corum of peoples attending then a foray for shopping and supplies will be made to the local tescos.
breakfasts will be the usual sausage, egg, bacon, mushrooms, beans.
I believe that we were going to try and get something like a chilli or curry going for one of the evening meals. and of course there will be
barbeque(s)For those of you that are not sure where everthing is here is the map of the site.

So lets all have a good one this year folks. I look forward to seeing you all again.
edited bit
oh I DID have one spare tin top entry ticket, but that has already been asked after.
[Edited on 23/4/11 by jollygreengiant]
Can i have it Kev.
Good idea to do a whip for food, £10 sounds reasonable.
Shouldn't the spare ticket go to the person who has to travel the furthest and therefore spend the most on fuel? My journey is 100 miles just in
case you agree.
Any long range forecasts available for the weather yet? It'd be great if it was warm for once.
Steve
I'll be along just for the day only on Sunday in the tin top, but with the current rate of build, next year hopefully it will be the Viento plus tent (and beers).
If it is just the normal crowd then I will not be attending this year.
Just kidding, Liz and I will be there about 4pm on Saturday
Normally camp on block 3
will bring a gezebo and a couple of BBQs
Shopping trip sound like a good idea.
Paul
Hi mate, just sent you a u2u asking if you would be kind enough to confirm the locost pitch is 39c
Cheers
Rich

Oh yes we would, its going to be lobstering weather.
(I just put the 'mads' in cos of the red-ness of the face.)
Its either 3 or 13 (ish). Either way they are both in the same area and within spitting distance of each other. So I'm sure that we will all find it. Go past the equestrian arena Turn immediate right and it should be the second grass area on the Left. IIRC
I will come and join you this year - Expect to be there lunchtime Sunday (all being well ).
Been keeping an eye on Metcheck for Kenilworth - looking better than last year - pretty much zero rain, but fairly cloudy afternoon / evening and
Monday.......Stoneleigh wevver
Count me in for a Tenner - is the trip to Tescos and back going to be known as 'fast food?'
Clive aka JGG -sent you a u2u.....
Look forward to meeting you all, Steve.
Weather looks good
See you all there.
Paul
Hmmmmmm. True. Tintop's mostly packed, Kit starts & tax disc done. Last few odds & sods tomorrow and then convoy time to Stoneleigh.
YYYYEEEEEEAHHHHHHHHHH.
All packed ready to load in the morning , should be there about lunchtime
OOhh -er... Just back from the pub... but should be packed by the time Rusty gets here at 11:00am.
Found the tent earlier, just got to do clothes and bedding. I had all the bedding out for last weekend so shouldnt be a problem to find it all
again!
Looking forward to a good weekend.

Hiya guys! Me and dad will be there just for the sunday thisyear...iv just come back from hols and cant be assed to get campin stuff ready plus gonna do other local shows this weekend. Look forward to catching up with you all! Should be there 10:30ish
Nice to see a few old faces even if the snoring was a bit loud for those of use camping and nice to meet a few new members as well. Weather was dry all weekend even if a bit windy, best for a few years. Thanks to Clive and family for getting us all organised again. Hope to see you all at Newark. Regards, Mel
Yup.. Agree with Rusty.
Excellent weekend, and thats to everyone who made a good event even better.
Looking forward to Newark now.
Nice to meet some new faces as well.
Cheers all...
Great to catch up with you all - sorry I couldn't stay for the evening - could have done with a few beers!
And so to Newark....
Great to catch up with everyone and thanks for the mid build advice. Maybe mine will be on the road in time for next year - a wet summer would help
to keep me in the garage, but it would be unfair to all of you OTR ers to wish for that!!
