Ok so lets try again as the last one had a poll and when I posted I realised that the poll option would not work.

Ok so today I have sent off the booking forms for the shows that I have details for so far this year.

Here are the dates and places.

Detling Car Show, April 4th - 5th.

Stoneleigh National Kit Car Show, May (Set up day 1st) 2nd - 3rd

Newark Kit Car Festival, June 19th - 20th.

So, I have sent off the paper work now lets see just how many of you Luego owners will be attending. I just hope I have booked enough spaces.

You will all be welcome wether you have finshed building or not and as usual at Stoneleigh and Newark I suspect there will be the ususal camping and BBQ with some drinks and the usual cooked breakfasts.

So lets have a show off hands everyone.

I thought it was Sunday 2nd - Monday 3rd May 2010?

Oh and i will hope to make stoneleigh, just got to get the new engine running

I hope to at least visit Stoneleigh and Newark. On foot mind! Doubt the viento will be runnning! But progress is being made.

By the way, how on earth do I create an Avatar - I've tried shrinking the file, cutting and pasting and dragging and dropping. Unless one of you can help, I am going to have to ask my daughter and that will be V. hard to live down!!

Take an ordinary Jpg picture file. open it in Paint or any other graphics editing programme.
RESIZE it to a smaller size (There is an agreed size for Avatars.

Go to your photo archive, and import the file.

Go to your profile and enter the picture location in there the avatar URL box near the bottom.

Sorry, Clive etc, but at the moment, It doesn't look good for Stoneleigh or Newark - I have had to swap quite a few shifts to get all the rest of march off and I have managed to end up with extra nights over the Stoneleigh weekend. I am also rostered for nights during the Newark show - I will have to see what I can sort when we return from our Australian holiday (starting tomorrow) in early April!

The car is still quite a few months off IVA, - but september @ Stafford is a possibility?

Got confirmation of booking in at Detking today so will see you there. Anyone got any suggestions as to where abouts we should form up if a named space is not provided as I have not been to Detling before?.

Newark on Sunday hopefully!

Cars almost back together , should be MOT'd this week and mum is recovering well so provided I don't get delayed coming back from Turkey on the Wednesday before I should be at Newark on the Friday

Cant make Friday night now for Newark as I am going to a Prom.

May make it over Saturday afternoon to camp ...
