Well a good morning had and came away with a mac!!

Well done Dan, Good luck with DVLA Ipswich, you'll need it.
Congratulations. Yep it's difficult to stop grinning for at least a week.
Best of luck with DVLA. Hopefully they won't be suffering from the January blues too much.
Nigel
Well done,I'm about to register mine also.
Nice one!
Well done that man.
DVLA shouldn't be too bad - they seem quite customer friendly.
Just hope for some finer, warmer weather as soon as it's registered.
Cheers, Pewe

Just for a laugh we had to lift it out of the brake rollers.
I put it in and it grounded on the sump and wouldnt drive out so he had to thrash it round the yard to make sure the brakes worked.
Les was a nice bloke and the test was not as bad as people make out.
Well Done !!
Nice one.
adrian

Paul
Well done sounds like you had a good day
Nice one Dan, about time to! CVH steel sump fits(I think)
Well done Dan! Hope to see you out and about soon.
Was Les the lanky bloke? If so, he was the one who could barely get under the steering wheel on mine! But it did mean that he could see things in
the mirror that I couldn't, which meant that I passed.
Now for the boring bit... just be careful for a while as our local roads are evil at the moment - icy, greasy, wet - a lovely combination.
Well done fella!!
Nice feeling innit?
Excellent news, I'm pleased for you.
Steve
Paul 907 i thought ud beat me to sva If you get Les he lives in sudbury so he could just pop on on you and do it.
Remember the double skin silencer i had from you Paul? I was a bit concerned about it going through because it was loudish. It came up 97db.
Perfect!
The only 2 things that really concerned me about going through was the exhaust noise and the speedo calibration. Both were spot on! The speedo was
reading dead on so i havent any leeway.
Still no insurance cert today even though sureterm said theyd post it first class wednesday so i had it thursday ready for friday!!

Well done! I should use this as a spur to get started on mine!
Well Done..
Now just take it steady on the road, until you are used to your car.
Bear in mind its not the time of year to push it too hard. Roads are wet, greasy, and generally crap.
You dont want to have to do an emergency rebuild, just through not being familiar with the way your car drives.
Anyway.... Sounds great, and look forward to seeing it sometime this year.
Well done...
