Rv8 to Audi adaption

Hi all,

Started my new project, still enjoying my Bec but need a new challenge so...

Gathered together the basics now, Audi transaxle and 4.6 Rv8, so have been joining it all together.

I have used an auto assembly for the ZF box to provide the ring gear and spacers which are now machined to suit the Audi flywheel and cut the front off the Rv8 bell housing and welded on to the from of the Audi box.

Pics in archive if you are interested.

Regards Mark

Once mated I will build my car around this lot. Rescued attachment Audi_clutch_laid_out.JPG

When its bolted together and working I,ll make my mind up.

At present I,m thinking 'F1 cooper style but getting the curves may hard so maybe something a bit later.

Whatever it is it will be built around the engine and box, these will sit behind me !
