painted chassis.
really taking off now with my car! i now have a finished chassis (apart from seat belt mountes which ill worry about later)
i can now cut out the ally floor pan and rivet it in and do a final assembly of the drive train (hopefully there will be no major work to do under the
car.
ps- if you are spray painting a chassis then its a good idea to use a dust sheet!
here are some pics-
chassis painted
chassis painted again

Looking good.
Is it a custom design or can anyone view the plans?

Which 2.3 Audi lump are you using...
20v 7A? or a 10v like the KV or NG??
Cant beat a 3B or AAN from a wrecked S2... Nice turbo lumps those.
> I've just a nose in your photo archive to see the lovely D reg coupe (GT?). I had great fun in one of those for three years...
Cheers

needed changing as i didnt design them very well.
yep that is a coupe gt with the kv 10v engine, sounds beautiful! i only had fun in it for a year before the clutch decided to retire itself.
