Things I like:

Atomesque design
Rear engined
Looks light

Don't know if this is a completed car, but things that could be improved:

Appears to have no fire wall between driver and engine.
Sides could do with a curve down towards the bottom instead of being completely upright.
Front looks aggresive, but a bit odd. (I would prefer a more pointed nose)
Really does need a bike engine to take advantage of the low weight design.

Overall I like the car as it is not over complicated and it looks like it will be a handful!!!!

Neither has my bike, unless you count the tank full of petrol I like it, it looks like a simplified Atom, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. That Weisman Rocket looks like the Vanwall copy.
