Got the car back on four wheels and pushed it out of the garage today - a bit of vitamin k won't harm it! I'm now in the process of dry
assembly before making all those little bits to cover the IVA sharp edges! Bodywork is still a work in (not much) progress though!

nice what size tubing you used?
Is is 50x50 square and 50 round for the main chassis rails, 25mm square for other bits and bobs (with a bit of 18mm square for good measure!)
What wall thickness? Those side rails look awfully long!
All 16g. It seems pretty rigid so far, if you jack up a corner, the whole car lifts onto the opposite wheel!
Looks good, hope there,s a roll bar to go on.
Yep, got 2 roll hoops. Saving them for a 'topping out' ceremony when there is no other welding to do!!!!

whats the screen deflector off?
Not sure to be honest - a £3 steal from a bike store at the Newark auto jumble. I hope to use it as a mould to make a pair - they are below eye line so don't need to be clear. I'll then use a vertical blade, like on the atom to keep the actual wind off. Probably....
if you made 3 I may take one off you...
I'll try...like all of this I've never done it before so it will be a voyage of discovery!!!!
