Engine casing rash 05-R1

Hi all
would this engine rash effect the engine running? as i'm not sure if the part is critical of just a bracket.

ahh ok
i wasn't sure if it was anything to do with the clutch mech.
As for the engine they said it still runs ok.

well it's advertised as "runs well"
they are breaking the bike maybe they've already drained the oil.....well i hope thats the case
or maybe its leant over, as i know when my bike is on the side stand its shows no oil

beware if thats the one i was looking at the other day the crank is starting to knock !!!!!!!!!!!!! remove sump first to check for bearing damage
