Radiator porn!
Just got my new rad made for my R1 project:
From this:
 
model rad
To this:
 
Aluminium rad
 
rad plus pacet fan
The fan is 12" dia. The radiator is slightly bigger than the R1 rad, but significantly it is twice the width at 50mm (R1 24mm).
This should cool the bugger!!!

Looks a nice job. Just out of interest which way do you envisage the flow through the rad?

The flow is through the bottom tank which is partitioned, through one half of the core to the top header and back down to the other pipe.
The small pipe is an air bleed off for the expansion tank.
The rad is a copy (not exact) of the arial atom except mine has the bleed off pipe:

I now see, I t makes sense with the baffle!

It is going on the subframe that you see, right at the front.
It will have a nose cone over it, but will have ducts either side so you will see the rad and fan

It's going to be very loud with the engine that close to your ear, but you knew that already
It's also going to be very small and cozy - where is the fuel tank going to go?

The seats are angled so that the back is straight but there is a nice triangle space at the lower part.
I will create a firewall that will follow the seat contour.
The tank will be triangular at the bottom and then rise up the rear firewall. The tank will behind the firewall, not the seat side!
There will be another fire barrier between the tank and the engine.
Exhausts will be ceramic coated aswell.
I also have a plumbed lifeline extingusher if all else fails!!

I've got the same seats,cool arn't they
did you get the seat pads? are they any better?
If it doesn't fit MODIFY it!!

The seat pads are really good and comfortable but are only glued on. I think I will be re-attaching them from time to time
