Mounting Kliktronoc to R1

Does anyone have any experience of mounting a Kliktronic to the R1 block?

Looks easier to mount to the chassis/cradle. Any thoughts??

On Graeme Findlayson's old R1 carbon westy he had a kliktronic and the movement sensor for ignition cut (similar sized item) both mounted either side of the gear linkage in the engine bay - might be able to find some photos somewhere.

Seemed to work well.

Here you go I've found some photos. The kliktronic is the one mounted vertically. The blue translogic does the ignition cut for clutchless up shifts. Rescued attachment flukemotorsport kliktronic 1.jpg

I have mine mounted to the chassis and it works just fine. There just wasn't enough clearance to mount it to the engine at the appropriate place (ie. in order to get the required 25mm throw).

If you've got any photos post them up so other people can refer to this thread.
