so, some sort of stabilising or bracing bar would seem to be in order!

you need a complete engine (ie including starter, carbs etc) full loom really, cdi, regulator etc. Propshaft adapter, propshaft (2 piece), new clutch
and throttle cables, an exhaust and can, and some new radiator piping. Then just some little bits for the gearshifter etc.

cheers for that info. What about a reverse gear, sump mods, engine frame etc. Can i buy these items off the shelf or will i have to get these made? Do
i use the bike wiring loom as the whole loom for the car? Who is the best company to get all the parts from?
thank you for info

reverse is a luxury that's not really need'd but missing off the list is a supply of clean skiddys..........

i got my sump chopped by chris gamlins uncle, he posts often in this section I was putting it into an existing car so i just added the bike engine
with a cut down 'engine only' loom. Reverse is too expensive and unreliable for me, but it can be annoying without it.

Fireblade engine in mine. See my photo archive.
Just been out in it to try out new paddle shift gear linkage...........sweeeeeeeeet
A quick rack is lying in the garage for this weekend.
The height is an issue on the Avon. The engine will fit in Ok, but there is no way that the standard air box will fit.
The best best bit about a bike engine is that you rev to 6 or 7000 revs as per normal and then...... keep going to 11,500, singing all the
way
