ZZR11OO Clutch
Im using a ZZR1100 engine. What id like to know if anyone has used this engine what did you do out the clutch operation as its hydraulic. Is there a
conversion to be able to use a cable or is there a suitable sized master cylinder I could use

With a bike engine the best master cylinder is always the one off the bike, I believe all ZZR1100, ZX10 (89-90) & ZZR1200 (NOT Zx12!) are the
same, fairly simply to adapt to a pedal box.
I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator
headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names
furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours.

Ok, so first I removed a section from the front of the cylinder so it has a flat face
[img]
Modified M/Cyl
[/img]
Welded a bracket to the front of existing pedal box to accept the new cylinder
[img]
Bracket to front of pedal box
[/img]
slimmed & rounded off the existing pushrod for the car cylinder
[img]
Pushrod thro' pedal box frontplate
[/img]
Cylinders all in place from above
[img]
Pedal box
[/img]
& from the side
[img]
pedal box clutch
[/img]
This is on my own bespoke pedal box for the Furore, but principle is identical on any pedal box
