Fireblade 893 cooling setup.

So I'm a little stuck with setting the coolant pipes on the 893 I'm installing....

I've looked at a few pics but seem none the wiser.

Has anyone got a diagram showing the coolant pipe setup please

Thanks

I simplified mine slightly by doing this:

When you fill the system just open the bleeds and then fill the header tank until water is coming out of both then lock them off. I had no air traps and have had no cooling issues. For Bleeds I just used ~30mm of pipe with a small bung in the end which I looses off.

Also make sure you have no air traps in the line (I.E raise areas of pipework) were are pockets will get stuck.

Nothing, I've got no bleeds, I thought that that was the point of the header being the highest point?
Never needed to bleed i dont think!
