R1 5vy wiring Cyclelock non starter help

Stripping loom & all usual suspects dealt with ie sidestand, clutch, tilt sensor & cutt-off and junked lights circuits. Still having issues with the cyclelock wires that were previously chopped. Engine cranks over although not sending signal to ECU to start /prime pump still having problems finding where to connect the 2 wires previously associated to the cyclock methinks, 1 comming from the ingition switch and the other from red/green backup fuse. Any thoughts? Some pics in piccys of the offending in archive 'loom' cheers D

Think its U.S spec that doesn't have the cyclelock so thought between this and the uk diagram you may be able to work it out.

Taken from speed8 many years ago:

Cycle Lock 03 R1
Cycle Lock 03 R1

And it works.

AArgh!

thanks guys
appears the 5vy is a bit different.
To confirm set up includes uk loom which incorporated the immobilser key. i have the key & matched ecu & alos ow got another un-chopped loom.
can anyone confirm the connection that need looped from the 2 plugs in the pics hopefully posted.
white 2 pin plug
1 - immob transponder at key
2 - red/brown to backup fuse.

other 4 pin plug
2 - go to indicators so no connection req'd
1 - earth
1 - Brown signal/turn fuse feed

as said set up slightly differs from from older R1s
thanks D
