zx10r Turbo update

Hi all

just a quickie on the car,

comming along now just got the new exhaust made a fitted today,

its a stainless and alloy 7" can and main body 32" long, 2.5" straight through,

Should sort out any noise issues in the future

cant wait to test it with the db reader

not sure weather to polish the main body or leave the brushed effect there ??

Makes the old can look rather small dont you think ?

thanks

sean

Hi all

i havent had it running yet as got to do the final bolt down on the manifold with new gaskets now exhaust fitted,

i will be very suprised it it is over 96 db,

It is made by a friend of mine he made one for my dax also which is only a 6" can,

i went bigger this time as the cost of failing a track day far outways the expense, i had this experience at bruntingthorpe couldnt get on, waste of time and money.

i am please with it and would recomend him to any one,

u2u me if you want details

thanks for the comments guys will let you know what db readings are

Hi paul

yep sounds sweet in the video,

and not that loud,

still just thought i would make treble sure this time and i quite like the look,

polish or not to polish hmmmmm see how much time i get spare,

it may even get some graphics on it though, as my six inch can alone dosnt even get hot on the ali even once engine fully warm, you can feel just a little heat on your hands so should be ok, tail pipe though is shxt hot

thanks for the comments and that video just gets me going agian for the final push to finish it

cheers
sean
