Hi... Flange Issues...
First off... Hi all
To cut a loooooong story short, i've got this...
1991 Honda city, used as my track car as a 1.3, killed it, went to a 1.6 turbo, got bored, bought this...
89 ZX10, 28k on the clock, princely sum of £500.
2+2=4, bike engine in the back with granada running gear.
One issue, bike to prop flange... Where can i buy one off the shelf instead of a getting a custom cnc jobby made up??
Any questions about the project feel free to ask

Hi and welcome,
If you are putting the engine in the back will you not go for a chain driven diff and do it that way rather than using a prop?

I'll be honest, this is all new terrain for me. Plenty of engine conversions etc but nothing like this...
Main reasons for the prob and diff combo are easyness (i know how it works!) and Cheapness (i work in one of the south wests biggest breakers so parts
are a doddle).
And i want to prove this can all be done for less than £1000!

I'm another ZX10 user, but there are other users of this generally older type of Kawasaki engine on here too. ZZR1100 mostly.
